You can now submit your request online to turn-off or transfer your services to another address in our service area.
Please submit your request one week in advance of the date on which you would like the change to occur. Late applications may result in a delay of service. Additionally, if you do not close your account when you move out, you will continue to be billed.
There will be no provision for weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or holiday service requests.
To submit your request please log onto your online account at: www.myazusalw.com
. You will select the “Disconnect Service” option under Account Services.
If you do not currently have an online account
Please go to www.myazusalw.com
and select the “Create A New Account” option. The following information will be required in order to create a new account:
- Account Number
- Last 4 Digits of the Primary Account Holder’s Social Security Number
