Please note that Azusa Light & Water has enhanced our Online Bill Payment System. As a result, customers must enroll in the New & Improved Bill Payment system in order to access and pay your bills online.

If you were enrolled in the prior Online Bill Payment System, you MUST re-enroll in the new Online Bill Payment System. You can enroll with your prior username and password, but you must still go through the enrollment process up to, and including, selecting the link in the activation email that we will send to your email address.

Azusa Light & Water’s New and Improved Online Bill Payment System will provide customers the ability to view a wide range of account information, including: current balance, bill images for the last 12 months, payment and consumption history, frequently asked questions, and open service request status. There are three levels of access based on the customer’s needs and preferences:

Levels of Access:
• Premium Access offers a full set of account-access options and self-service options, including e-bill registration, creation of service requests, enrollment in recurring payment plans, automatic bill pay, and account-profile management. You will be required to create an online account for premium access.

• Landlord Access allows limited account access, including account number, service address, account balance and payment links for a landlord's multiple properties. No registration is required for Landlord Access.
