Multi-Unit Residential Rental Annual Tax Rate Adjustment
Per AMC Section 18-6, the annual adjustment of the license tax rate for residential rentals four or more will increase by 3% effective January 1, 2012. The new tax rate will be $162.41 per rental unit.
