Gourment Food Trucks Coming to Azusa June 2 and 16
For many factory and industrial business park workers, they were the preferred way to satisfy a hunger. What once was know as the homely “taco truck” has evolved into a roving gourmet food dispensary that announces their whereabouts to a steady following of fans via social media. Many of these gourmet food trucks now travel in caravans to local community parking lots and school fundraising events; as well as locations where there is ample room to set-up an improvised outdoor eatery. Often, seating, lighting and yes, even entertainment will round-out the gourmet food truck experience.
By using Twitter, Facebook, Yelp, E-mail blasts and dedicated websites, fans know where and when they can satisfy a ravenous craving for a Fusion Mexican/Korean wrap or a vegan/vegetarian taco and follow it with a mini doughnut or cupcake for desert and wash it all down with an all natural Hawaiian smoothie.
