Account Charges

Utility bills are sent on a monthly basis for customers within the city limits of Azusa. Those customers receiving water only in our outlying areas receive a bill every two months. The balance is considered past due if not paid within 20 days after date of billing.

Past Due Bills
When a bill for electric service has become past due, service may be discontinued if the bill is not paid within 15 days after a late payment reminder notice is sent.

If a customer is receiving more than one service, any or all services may be discontinued when any service, regardless of location, is discontinued for nonpayment.

If the service is discontinued, the past due balance plus applicable reconnection fees and prepayment requirements must be paid prior to service being restored.
