Solar Submittal - Expedited Plan Review ( Effective September 30, 2015)

Per the City of Azusa Ordinance 2015-012, Expedited Permitting Procedures for Small Residential Rooftop Solar Systems, this is the streamlined, expedited permit process for small solar PV Systems.  Follow these steps and submit your plans to the Building Division.

Complete the Application

Submission Checklist for Solar Water Heating Systems Up to 120 Gallons General Requirement
Application PV & Solar Thermal

Complete the Additional Forms As Applicable
Solar PV Standard Plan - Central/String Inverter
Solar PV Standard Plan - Micro Inverters
Structural Criteria for Residential Rooftop Solar - Azusa
Credit Card Authorization

Final Steps
Once the forms are completed, submit your plans and forms to Building Division via email.  You will need to submit the plan check fees using the Credit Card Authorization form.  If you need further assistance please contact the Building Division at (626) 812-5234.
